Selection Department Under SSC

SSC Online registration Part 1 step by step process

  1. Go to the SSC official website - ssconline.nic.in
  2. There will be information about which registrations are open and which are closed. If your desired registrations are open then click on "Apply now" OR "Apply" link provided there.
  3. After clicking that "Apply" link, a new page will open with particular application registration form.
  4. Look for the "New Registration" OR "Register" button, mostly it's located left hand side, click on that button.
  5. Now it will ask you to fill some information about you. Fill your details required there.
  6. Once you finished filling details, check if everything is correct or not, fill and check the form very carefully.
  7. Click on the "Submit" button, and your application is registered.
  8. You will be provided your "application registration number", note it down.
  9. Don't close that page.
SSC registration part 1 is over. You also got the SSC Registration number. Now time for the application Registration part 2.

SSC Online registration Part 2 step by step process


Once you noted your application registration number, You will need to fill up the "Challan". The "Pay for challan" button is there on the page.
  1. Click on the Pay for challan.
  2. It will ask you for your application registration number and other details like DOB etc. Fill up all details. And make sure that your Application registration number is correct, check it twice.
  3. Click on the "Submit" button.
  4. Now you will be redirected to a payment page where you need to make payment for your application fee.
  5. You can pay using your Credit card OR Debit card, select your desired method and make payment.
  6. You will receive confirmation E-mail after making the payment. You can also check your application status from SSC online official website.
  7. You are all done.
Congratulations!! You have successfully registered SSC online application part 1 and part 2. Now you will have to wait for the admit card to be released.
